(MEMPHIS BUSINESS JOURNAL) “Memphis-based chocolatier Phillip Ashley Chocolates has captured Memphis in a box of chocolates.

The latest offering is an official box for the City of Memphis that representatives of the Memphis Convention & Visitors Bureau and Mayor Jim Strickland will give to visiting dignitaries.

The box includes chocolates dedicated to Memphis landmarks and attractions, including a chocolate known as “The Sit-In,” a coffee-flavored chocolate representing the National Civil Rights Museum; “Hot-Buttered Soul,” a popcorn-shaped and flavored chocolate referencing Stax; and chocolates that represent other Memphis stalwarts like the Memphis Grizzlies, University of Memphis, the blues and a barbecue-flavored chocolate that includes the city’s seal.”
