When will my order ship?
We aim to ship your chocolates within 24 hours of receiving your order; however, orders may take 48-72 hours to ship depending on time of year. Please note, during peak holiday seasons shipping may be delayed based on the volume of orders we receive. We make every effort to ship orders promptly.

How can I track my order?

Do you ship during the summer?
In order to best protect your chocolates in warm weather and ensure minimal handling, Priority Overnight is the only option available for shipping, at the customer’s cost, during the months of June, July and August.

As a general rule, we do not accept returns/offer refunds on shipped or special order product.
