Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally depending on the region and customs laws for your location. Please contact our concierge service for more information at concierge@phillipashley.com
When will my order ship?
We aim to ship your chocolates within 24 hours of receiving your order; however, orders may take 48-72 hours to ship depending on time of year. Please note, during peak holiday seasons shipping may be delayed based on the volume of orders we receive. We make every effort to ship orders promptly. Transit time does not include order process time.
How can I track my order?
We are committed to excellence at every step of your Phillip Ashley Chocolates experience. You’ll receive email confirmations when your order is placed, when it ships and when it arrives. The tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation.
Why were overnight shipping and 2nd day shipping the only shipping options available for me to choose during checkout?
In order to best protect your chocolates in warm weather and ensure minimal handling, overnight and 2nd day shipping helps your chocolates arrive in perfect condition.
What is your return policy?
As a general rule, we do not accept returns/offer refunds on shipped or special order product. If you have any questions, please send us an email with your name, order number and the date of your order at concierge@phillipashley.com. We will contact you promptly. Our goal is to make your experience with Phillip Ashley Chocolates the absolute best.
Can you create a custom gift or special event for my clients?

Are your chocolates gluten-free?
All our chocolates are made gluten-free except Key West, What's Up Doc, Nostalgia, and Lorraine/Red Velvet Cake in the Taste of Memphis.
