BROWNED BUTTER PEACH COBBLER. Peaches cooked down with browned butter and blended with blond chocolate.

LEMON MERINGUE PIE. Fresh lemon and marshmallow blended with white chocolate. 

PENNY CANDY

BANANA PUDDING. Bananas cooked flambé style then cooled and whipped with mascarpone cream cheese and white chocolate.

BUTTERMILK & CORNBREAD. The very first meal I recall my late mother feeding me; it’s truly my first memory of her. Buttermilk with crumbled cornbread. A Southern snack also thought to be good for the skin and the soul. Named in honor of my mother, Arnettie. Buttermilk and cornbread with mascarpone and barrel aged honey blended together with white chocolate in a blond chocolate shell for a truly one-of-a-kind chocolate experience. If you knew my mom, you knew she was a whole vibe and experience unlike any other!

STRAWBERRY RASPBERRY SHORTCAKE.Yes, you read that right. Strawberry and raspberry mixed together into a bright, berry forward ganache.

BLACKBERRY BLUEBERRY TURNOVER. Blackberries and blueberries cooked with a hint of cardamom for a delightful white chocolate ganache.
